Long time....

Today we made it through all 3 hours of church for the first time in awhile... Before I had Chloe we had gone to just sacrament meeting a couple of times.. just because it was really hard dealing with Connor during his nap time (our church starts at 12:30... yuck) anyways.... we fed Chloe right before church and she made it through church sleeping soundly while she was passed around by all the ladies! Here's a picture of her after church and after being fed! Happy baby! Everyone was impressed with her Natural Mohawk!!
(I made her a special white and green bow for her hair to match the dress)

More of Chloe and Connor

I couldn't resist putting more pictures of my babies.... We've had such a fun week together with Grandma relaxing (staying out of the heat) and healing!
Connor wouldn't hold Chloe until Today (She's one week old here) but he wouldn't let her go once he had her... he really loves her already!
Connor, Chloe and I snuggling... since he wouldn't let her go:)
I think he's going to love being a big brother.
Connor loves counting and playing with her toes!
Giving Kisses!

Little Miss Chloe

Monday morning August 3rd Kiel, Erin and I drove to Banner Gateway Hospital with much anticipation. Within 2 hours I was prepped for surgery.... I had to admit that I wasn't nervous until right before but everything went so smoothly it amazed me. My Doctor and the staff were so warm and calming it really put us at ease. Chloe was born at 1:09pm. She came out crying... the nurses yelled to me that she had a full head of hair, Long Long eyelashes and that she weighed 7pounds 1ounce.... (I was off on predictions by 2 ounces) Erin won the bet... FYI. Chloe and I did really well.. both healthy and no complications. Which I am so grateful for!! I recovered much faster this time around... with Connor I was on an IV for over 48 hours and monitored like a hawk and this time I was great... they did what they had to do and then removed the IV and everything else! To make it a short story I was well enough to go home on Wednesday which all the nurses thought was amazing.. so I was proud and I've been home and feeling good. My Mom ("super grandma") and Erin have been taking care of Connor for us... which he loves! Here are some pictures of my angel Chloe and Connor...
