Family Vacation to Vegas

Kiel gave me the go ahead for our mini trip to Vegas on Tuesday morning.... We left Thursday afternoon... Although no one was in Vegas when we went.. it was just nice to be together just the 4 of us. We stayed at my parent's condo (thanks mom and dad!) and enjoyed the sites... here's our trip...

Friday morning we dedicated to checking out the strip... it's been awhile since I've really walked around and for everyone else it was their first time. I am not a Big fan of being a tourist but for 3-4 hours I was one... Yikes. Here's Connor at the Harley Davidson Cafe... thought Grandpa's would appreciate these shots! Connor saw this and said "big modorcyle!" He was thrilled to be able to get on it!!!

Next was the M&M factory!!! Interesting shop... 4 floors of over priced merchandise no one would EVER need in their life. We got Connor a bag of M&M's and ran out of there!!

He did enjoy the M&M Nascar.

We patiently waited to see the water show... but our patience ran out... it was getting too close to nap time!

After nap time we went out to the pool... not really warm yet but it was fun. We loved the kiddie pool!

I love this shot... you can see the blue car Connor threw!! He was having fun throwing the cars and then Rescuing them!! Like Buzz Lightyear of course.

Then we cleaned up and went to go see the temple... So beautiful. Kiel and I will have to make another trip and go inside! In this this picture I literally told Connor go stand by the flowers so I can take your picture... he sat on the ground, crossed his legs, turned his body and said "Cheese". Wow... that's my boy!

This one I have to say was my idea. I love my little boy... So willing to play along.. for now at least.

Saturday morning we decided to make the 2 hour drive to visit Grandma and Grandpa Miller in St. George. It was so nice seeing them and just relaxing in the backyard while chatting. The kids loved being out of the car and playing with all of Grandma's toys!!!

Plus Grandpa let Connor play on his piano... I thought we were going to have to fight Connor into leaving.. :(

That night we went to the Red Rock Casino Buffet.. what's a trip to Vegas without going to a buffet.... this is a video of Chloe after feeding her whip cream and a little big of frosting!!! She was a happy baby!
