Shapes, Colors & Numbers

Connor loves learning and it's fun working with him all the time with his numbers, colors and shapes. So I thought I would share some shorts clips... I know it's not perfect but I always want to remember the way he pronounces everything... It's cute I think but we'll get it perfect one of these days!! Excuse him from not having pants on...we're also working on potty training.. so easy access.. Enjoy!!

Marc&Mikia's Wedding

Last night Kiel's younger brother Marc was married to his sweetheart Mikia. They are such a cute couple and we're so happy he found such a great girl! They were married in our church building and they really turned the cultural hall into a beautiful wedding. Kiel was Marc's best man and Connor was a ring bearer. Here are some shots from the night... Connor had so much fun with his cousins... dancing and singing!!
Connor and his cousin Caleb were escorted by Uncle Sean down the isle.
They took a couple of photo's in front of the building right by the street and tons of people were honking... and one guy screamed from his car "don't do it Man!!!" we all laughed.. it was cute. I loved Connor's blue bow tie

Connor loved being the pretend MC
Chloe and Daddy
Connor and all the kids had so much fun dancing... this is a video of Connor dancing to "Funky Town"

I didn't get to take many pictures due to Chloe being in my arms most of the night but it was a fun night!!!

Chloe's One Month

Dear Blogging Fans,

My name is Chloe... I'm now 4 weeks old and I think I've figured out this internet thing! So far I'm enjoying being on earth:) Connor and I are getting along great. He comes and gives me hugs and kisses... he loves holding me... he's going to be a great big brother. Mom and Dad are great... as long as I get fed every 4 hours I'm great. I think I'm a great baby.. I let Mommy sleep from 10pm until 2ish... and then again until 6ish... sometimes a little later. She's so lucky to have me! Things I enjoy doing.... eating... sleeping... tummy time and smiling! When Mommy gives me kisses I give her a little smile here and there. And I'm starting to get a little ticklish. But my tiny hands a getting tired so back to bed! Until next time. Buh Bye!

Long time....

Today we made it through all 3 hours of church for the first time in awhile... Before I had Chloe we had gone to just sacrament meeting a couple of times.. just because it was really hard dealing with Connor during his nap time (our church starts at 12:30... yuck) anyways.... we fed Chloe right before church and she made it through church sleeping soundly while she was passed around by all the ladies! Here's a picture of her after church and after being fed! Happy baby! Everyone was impressed with her Natural Mohawk!!
(I made her a special white and green bow for her hair to match the dress)

More of Chloe and Connor

I couldn't resist putting more pictures of my babies.... We've had such a fun week together with Grandma relaxing (staying out of the heat) and healing!
Connor wouldn't hold Chloe until Today (She's one week old here) but he wouldn't let her go once he had her... he really loves her already!
Connor, Chloe and I snuggling... since he wouldn't let her go:)
I think he's going to love being a big brother.
Connor loves counting and playing with her toes!

Little Miss Chloe

Monday morning August 3rd Kiel, Erin and I drove to Banner Gateway Hospital with much anticipation. Within 2 hours I was prepped for surgery.... I had to admit that I wasn't nervous until right before but everything went so smoothly it amazed me. My Doctor and the staff were so warm and calming it really put us at ease. Chloe was born at 1:09pm. She came out crying... the nurses yelled to me that she had a full head of hair, Long Long eyelashes and that she weighed 7pounds 1ounce.... (I was off on predictions by 2 ounces) Erin won the bet... FYI. Chloe and I did really well.. both healthy and no complications. Which I am so grateful for!! I recovered much faster this time around... with Connor I was on an IV for over 48 hours and monitored like a hawk and this time I was great... they did what they had to do and then removed the IV and everything else! To make it a short story I was well enough to go home on Wednesday which all the nurses thought was amazing.. so I was proud and I've been home and feeling good. My Mom ("super grandma") and Erin have been taking care of Connor for us... which he loves! Here are some pictures of my angel Chloe and Connor...
